Teresa Jordan-Harbin has an extensive and exciting history as a high-end salon hair stylist. Teresa’s initial study was at Capelli. She then worked directly with our own Carey Carter as his Personal Assistant for seven years where she honed her skills to razor sharpness. Wanting to master all the aspects of the salon experience, Teresa opened her own salon, Jordan-Lanier, where she combined the hands-on requirements of management and stylist skills. She returned to the Carter Barnes family in 2005.

Teresa’s training has included study with Frederic Fekkai in New York and numerous seminars conducted by the L’Oreal Academy for Hair Color. A strong commitment to continuing education keeps Teresa regularly involved in classes and seminars focusing on new trends, styles, and products. Her specialization is cutting and color. Her clients are loyal and many have been with her for her entire career.

Kristen is a proud mother of two originally from Atlanta. She has a true passion for the beauty industry and strives for excellence and the satisfaction of each and every client. She routinely attends refresher courses to advance her career.

Kristen attended the Esani Institute of Paul Mitchell. She graduated at the top of her class with honors in cut, color, texturizing, and cosmetic application. She was awarded “Best Academic Performance” upon graduating.

Kristen is able to provide the highest level of excellence and stays abreast of the latest trends. She also specializes in airbrush cosmetics for wedding and special events.

Madison is a Georgia peach baby, born and raised in Marietta. She attended Walton High School and studied Journalism and Studio Art at Georgia Souther University. Realizing her passion for hair she soon pursued an opportunity at the Aveda Institute of Atlanta and graduated with honors in September 2011. She most recently was with the Spencer Malay group and has now joined the awesome team at City Salon by michele coulter. Madison specializes in cuts and color with blondes being her preference as well as extensions.

Madison stays abreast of the latest trends and is able to provide her clients with the perfect style that suits their needs and preference. Her personality is captivating and draws clients in and makes them feel their best upon leaving the salon.

Kristin is not ready to rest on her laurels! In depth training at distinguished industry front-runners such as Aveda Institute, Vidal Sassoon, Van Michael & Goldwell has instilled a fervor in Kristin for remaining “contemporary, sexy, & fresh” in her methodology. After 12 years in the beauty industry, Kristin specializes in Precision Cutting, Keratin Straighteners, colors and natural hair. She promises each client a custom approach to hair by truly listening to their needs. Kristin’s work can be seen in magazines such as Cut and Color and Haircut and Style.

Karli is a native Georgian, born and raised in Suwanee. She worked in a hair salon during high school and realized in her first year of college her passion for hair.

Karli attended The Esani Institute of Paul Mitchell and graduated with the best in color award her final year. Post graduating she has assisted in a couple of salons and most recently has been assisting Michele Coulter here at City Salon by michele coulter. While assisting, she has honed her craft in extensions and keratin services. Karli has a sharp eye for color and while she is skilled in all ranges of shades, her specialty is gorgeous blondes.

A native Georgia boy, John has been in the salon industry since the age of 16. His educational background includes extensive instruction with Redken, Paul Mitchell and Toni & Guy. Having trained under top stylists in multiple salons throughout Metro Atlanta, John specializes in men’s Precision Cutting & possesses a true talent for dimensional blonding. John exudes happiness & his clients treasure their time with him.

Eula is a profoundly skilled hair stylist. Her creativity and passion is unrivaled in the industry. In addition to concentrated salon training in one of Buckhead’s elite, Eula is also formerly trained in fashion. She specializes in styling hair and is sought after for weddings and events. Furthermore, Eula enjoys Precision Cutting as well as coloring hair. She has also been certified as a Keratin Technician.

Carla is a native Georgian and grew up in her Grandmother’s salon from a very young age. She has 10+ years experience and has worked for Michele Coulter Salon for 8 years.

Carla graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Psychology and Journalism. She is a Master Cosmetologist graduating from Cobb Beauty College and has been professionally trained at Bumble & Bumble, Goldwell, Oribe, and was formally a network educator for Bumble & Bumble.

While Carla is the master in her craft, she specializes in long hair and men’s cuts. From chemical services (color, keratins, thermal straightening) and hair extensions she is truly the expert.

Carla stays abreast of all the latest trends and current styles. She takes a classic modern approach to hair and provides the highest level of client service to ensure all her clients are truly satisfied upon leaving the salon. Carla maintains the highest standard, which propels her to artist level within the industry.

Meet April City Salon’s aesthetician. April was born and raised in Macon, the heart of Georgia. She graduated from the International School of Nail & Skin Care as well as the Atlanta School of Massage. With 14 years experience and a strong desire to help others, April’s commitment to skin medicines promise skin perfecting results. Prior to joining the City Salon team, April was with DerMed for 6 years and worked under Dr. Kun Kim a double board plastic surgeon.

She is an expert aesthetician and will customize every treatment session so you will always look your very best. Her kindhearted, easy going personality is sure to put you at ease and leave you feeling your very best!
April specializes in corrective skincare treatments for face and body. Treatments range from enzymes, natural acids, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, anti-aging, pigmentation, acne, rosacea and chemical peels.
